Here’s a cool summer refresher that’s simple to prepare and healthy to consume.
Apple Banana Salad w/Raisins
Ingredients
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 apples, cored and cut into ½ inch pieces (unpeeled)
- 1 cup of yogurt, any fruit flavor or plain
- 1 Tblsp raisins
- ⅓ cup of mini-marshmallaws
- Vanilla extract (a couple of drops)
- Cinnamon (a dash)
Instructions

Combine banana slices, apple pieces and raisins in a medium sized bowl. Add a dash of vanilla extract and a dash of cinnamon. Stir in the yogurt until all fruits are covered and vanilla extract and cinnamon are dissipated throughout.

Chill and serve.

Mayonnaise may be used in place of yogurt. Add chopped walnuts for a splendid enhancement.
